Before go2 Media bought them out in late 2007, 80108 Media was a Boston-based text messaging service dedicated to delivering customized insider content on a variety of topics. I served as the writer and researcher for their Boston Steals and Deals channel, providing my subscribers with atleast three SMS message chains per week that served as notifications for free events, sales, and other bargains to be found around Boston in that particular week.
